Silverstone Building

Remodeling & building in Issaquah.

Silverstone Building remodels and builds throughout Issaquah (including the Highlands, Squak and Tiger Mountain neighborhoods, and older Issaquah), handling everything from kitchens and baths to full basement and whole-home renovations.

Issaquah runs the gamut, from the newer master-planned homes of the Highlands to established homes tucked against the mountains.

Each comes with its own demands: newer homes with ambitious finishes, older ones with the hidden conditions that come with age. We're comfortable with both, and with the sloped, wooded lots the area is known for.

A full basement gut in Issaquah Highlands where we reframed one of the home's main structural support beams (in a three-story house) to build a custom under-stair wine bar, then added a media room, a small kitchen, and a bath.
