Silverstone Building builds custom homes across the Seattle area and Snoqualmie Valley in close coordination with your design team, with a specialty in difficult sites. New builds generally start around $400/sq ft for entry-level quality and $650/sq ft and up for high-end work.

What it covers.

Ground-up custom homes, built in close coordination with your architect and design team. We take on a select number of new builds, and we're especially drawn to the ones with a difficult site or a demanding design.

Our approach.

A new home is the sum of thousands of decisions, and the good ones are made early: in pre-construction, alongside your design team, before the cost of a change balloons. We bring the builder's voice to that phase and carry the same standard through every stage of the build.

What to consider.

  • The site shapes the build. Slope, soil, access, and utilities can affect cost as much as the house itself: difficult sites are where we do some of our best work.

  • A new build needs a full team. Architect, designer, engineers; we help bring them together and keep everyone coordinated.

  • Timeline is real. A custom home is a long project: planning it honestly up front is how it stays on track.
