Silverstone Building handles exterior remodeling across the Seattle area (siding, roofing, windows, doors, decks, and the building envelope), detailed for Pacific Northwest weather. Cost varies widely by scope and material.

What it covers.

Siding, roofing, windows and doors, decks, and the rest of the building envelope: the systems that keep weather out and keep the house comfortable and protected.

Our approach.

The exterior is where craftsmanship meets consequence. In the Pacific Northwest, water is patient and relentless, and the details (flashing, sequencing, the way materials lap and drain) are what stand between the weather and everything inside. We build the envelope to keep it out.

What to consider.

  • Our climate is hard on exteriors. Proper detailing and materials suited to wet weather aren't optional here; they're the whole point.

  • The envelope is a system. Siding, windows, roofing, and flashing all have to work together: fixing one without the others just moves the problem.

  • Matching and permits. Material matches and permitting vary by project; we'll sort out both.

Indicative cost.

Exterior work varies widely by scope and material. We'll give you honest numbers once we've seen the project. See the Cost Guide.
