A clear process, from first call to final walkthrough.
Every project follows the same six stages: no surprises about what happens next, or when.
- Step 1
First conversation
We talk about your project, your timeline, and roughly what you're hoping to invest. It costs nothing, and by the end of it we'll both have a sense of whether we're the right builder for the work. No commitment, no pressure: just a conversation.
- Step 2
Pre-construction
This is where our work really starts. Working with your design team, we pressure-test the plan against the budget, the site, and the way the house actually goes together, and we resolve what we can before it turns into a change order. It's usually the longest planning stage, and the one a lot of builders skip past. We don't.
- Step 3
Estimate and contract
Once the scope is defined well enough to stand behind, we provide pressure-tested pricing and walk you through what's included, what isn't, and where the risks sit. Our work together only begins when you're comfortable: there's no pressure to sign before you're ready.
- Step 4
Construction
We keep you current on progress, decisions we need from you, and anything that changes. You'll always know who's in your house and what's happening that week. Nothing changes on your project, scope or cost, without your sign-off first.
- Step 5
Walkthrough and warranty
We walk the finished project with you and handle what needs handling. Our work carries a two-year workmanship warranty, with all manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures passing through to you. We stand behind what we build.
- Step 6
After
Projects end, but the relationship doesn't. We'd rather be the builder you call in five years than the one you finished with and never spoke to again.
