There aren't many of us, and that's the point. A small crew means the people who bid your project are the people who build it: no handoffs to a rotating cast, no losing the details between the sale and the sawdust. You'll get to know everyone who works on your home.

Chris Haley
Owner
Chris started framing houses at fifteen and has spent almost thirty years doing nearly every job on a build with his own hands, from framing to finish work. He founded Silverstone Building on a simple idea: do the work right, be honest about it, and treat the people you build for the way you'd treat a friend. He's still hands-on on every project: the one accountable for the standard the whole team builds to.

Stephen
Project Lead & Carpenter Extraordinaire
Born and raised in North Bend, Stephen has been building for more than twenty years and runs the day-to-day on our projects: the one who keeps everything, and everyone, on track. He's also, by unanimous vote, the guy everyone likes. Before construction he spent ten summers as a mountain guide, and he's still happiest outside: climbing, skiing, hiking, or walking the trails with his wife and dog.

Kevin
Lead Carpenter & Finish Carpenter Master
A Puget Sound guy through and through, Kevin has spent more than eighteen years mastering the details most people feel before they notice: setting cabinets, running trim, building a custom railing that looks like it grew there. He's the reason the finish work holds up to a close look. Off the clock, you'll find him with friends and his new boxer pup.

Alison
Office Staff
A Snoqualmie Valley native, Alison keeps the office running and the paperwork in order so your project runs smoothly: the steady hand behind the scenes, and often the first person you'll hear from. When she's not at it, she's outside with her husband and young son, or tracking down live music anywhere from Marymoor Park to Nashville.
