They take an architect, an interior designer, the structural and civil engineers a site demands, and sometimes, on more involved work, specialists most people never think about: a building envelope consultant, mechanical and HVAC engineers, a lighting designer. We're not a design-build firm, and we don't pretend to be. We're the builder who knows how to assemble the team you need and keep everyone pulling in the same direction, which is why we put so much into pre-construction, long before anyone breaks ground.

When you build with Silverstone, helping to assemble the right team is part of the job. If you don't already have them, we can bring in the architect, designer, and engineers your project needs, and we manage those relationships through construction, so you're not the one holding it all together. Every introduction reflects our reputation, in both directions, so these aren't contacts we hand out, but rather partners we bring to the projects we build.
