Silverstone Building

Thirty years of building, one standard.

It started with a hammer.

Our owner Chris Haley started framing houses at fifteen. Almost thirty years later, he's done nearly every job on a build, from framing to finish work, which is why, when he founded Silverstone Building, he built it around a simple idea: do the work right, be honest about it, and treat the people you build for the way you'd treat a friend.

Fewer projects, each one held to a higher standard.

We're a small shop by choice. Taking on fewer projects is what lets us stay close to the details, answer the phone ourselves, and hold every job to the same high standard. We'd rather be the builder a handful of families trust completely than the one juggling more work than it can reasonably handle.

The hard ones are where we shine.

A lot of builders are at their best on a clean, simple job. We're at ours when the project is complex: a structurally demanding remodel, a site that fights you, an old house full of surprises. That's the work we've spent almost thirty years learning to do well, and it's the work we're most excited to get the call for.

What that means in practice.

We'll give you straight answers, even when they're not the ones you were hoping for. We provide prices you can see before you ask, and establish clear expectations, set early and managed throughout. We hold all details to the same standard whether or not anyone will ever notice them. We strive to reach the finish line you cross as friends, not just as client and contractor.

Let's talk about what you're building.
